Got mine R1 SE + White. i really love the texture on this mouse kinda plastic but not really plastic, i didn't receive any defect and hopefully this last long
@@DatBoyGuruI apologize, but I did not catch it, you would suggest buying Attack Shark X3, right? Right now it is $19 and VXE R1 SE+ is $17. So choosing between these two. Never tried any of these Chinese brands before, not sure what to expect here.

R1SE+ has different switches than the original R1SE. I haven't opened mine, but shining a light through the gap in M1 and M2 the switch housing is pink/purple. Strange issue with the shaking noise, mine doesn't have any noise at all. As far as the sensor goes the specs are similar to 3335, but as far as I know that sensor never supported MotionSync but this one does.
you could well be absolutely correct too. because i noticed a substantial improvement in click feel over the R1SE. Also the rattle came from the dongle left inside the mouse, when i removed it that solved the rattling noise.
Based on your reviews, I found R1 pro best model among other ones. I just ordered it with 4k dongle around 48$ from aliexpress. Can't wait to throw away my old heavy g502 :D. Only thing I don't know about this mouse is the 4k dongle. idk if 4k polling rate actually works great or not. Also don't know if it has any effect on the cpu that could result in fps drops in valorant.
if you got a 3050 i think it'll be ok. also you won't feel any difference with 1k but you will say you do so that you don't feel so bad spending the extra $12 for it. enjoy your R1 !!
i'm planning to buy the mouse but i've seen reviews where they say the sensor in the SE is worse than in the pro/pro max. Is that true in your opinion?
@@seeriousi think they would really much be the same performance. The g pro wireless has a 3366 pixart sensor which is a modified 3360 while the r1 se has a modified 3335 sensor if I'm not mistaken. The only downside is probably the battery since Logitech has really low battery consumption compared to other brands but the weight on the SE is definitely lighter.
Bought this one (White variant) as a rotation for my Sora V2. I don't know. I feel like the way I grip the mouse (claw) is better at this mouse than my Sora V2. My only concern about this mouse is it just feels slippery. Too bad there are no grip tapes included.
@@DatBoyGuru Now that I tried both on games. I would probably main my sora v2 for gaming for fps intensive then the latter for r1 and r1 be my daily driver for browsing/work. It just feels natural on holding it. While on Sora V2 it feels like an aimbot to me haha
At the price - € 26 inc. shipping from Ali - this is a great allround mouse: it's also has BlueTooth so it saves ports on my laptop when necessary. I also have a Darmoshark M3S Pro but I prefer the R1 SE+ because it's less slippery and the size works better for me. For "the greatest mouse ever" all I'm missing is an infinite scroll wheel like on the Razer Basilisk V3 (Razer charges € 150 for the wireless version, greedy b*st*rds lol) but it would make the mouse heavier (still under 75 grams should be doable). It could be named the R1 SE+ SpeedWheel or something ^_^

HALF ?! . . you can actually buy 6 of these. Sora V2 is better- lighter 40g, optical omron switches, rubberized coating and 4K polling @soon. But for $120 the Sora is NOT 6X better than the SE+ and for $20 the SE+ is almost as good as a Sora V2.
Sora V2 is a superb mouse, Pro Max is a very good mouse, SE+ is a great mouse. If you go for a Sora will it match your other peripherals in terms of value and performance? do you already have a 360Hz monitor that can take advantage of the 8K polling in the future. Do you already run a RT keyboard and a RTX3070. If you already maxed out your other hardware then it makes sense to get a Sora V2.
@@DatBoyGuru not even near that hardware lol. I have a 1060 with a 144hz monitor and a mid range mechanical keyboard. So ill go with the r1. Thank you for your advice. This is what I needed
I got this mouse. Its ok as a budget superlight mouse but it just doesnt feel very good. The clicks arent very tactile. M3 is super stiff. Too much pre travel on m1 and m2. Other side button has more pre travel than other one. Plastic coating feels very cheap. The base is uneven and the mouse rocks from aide to side. I wouldnt buy it unless I REALLY need a superlight mouse at a cheap price, Maybe the pro version is a bit better I dont know
