If there is rainfall in Manali then there will be snowfall at passes like Rohtang, Baralacha and Shinkula. There are chances but there is nothing certain about nature. Whenever there is snowfall I will try to update you through my videos.
Sir we are planing for leh by 28th September so please suggest which route we need to select Manali leh or Srinagar leh actually we have normal hatchback car
It’s better to go from Srinagar side and return from Manali. Major problem you will face is between Nubra Valley to Pangong lake. Rest route is normal.

Abhi kuch nahi bol sakte. Normally 15 November ko band hota h ye baki 2/4 aage peeche bhi ho jata h agar early snowfall ho jata h to.
