Number 12 isn't that hard to do, at least since the last time I did it. You just switch between two different water animals and while it's switching hurry up to the latter, go up it, and you'll be up there. Pretty interesting.
Julian the thing where the underwater animals got onto the dock is simple. What you do is once you are a underwater animal and then switch into another, when your animal is forming you move up onto the dock and once the animal forms you have done the glitch.
