Welcome back to the 'Wood. Oiy, you had fog, rain and I'm guessing humidity. Sorry. Loved the door shot of the Conservatory "high water" & the main fountain. You get the outside fountains subperly and I give you props for filming at night near the Italian fountains. It's dark as all heck & I usually only do it at Christmas with those lights to help out LOL. I know they do fireworks rain/shine so it is so a crap shot to get tickets. I have reservations for preview day in November, so I'm psyched to see what the heck they lined up. Watch it not be "quite" done when I film LOL. With that in mind. I'm currently editing a complete nook & cranny of the Conservatory. Thank goodness I didn't focus on the outside because yours would eclipse mine by far. Thanks for sharing. L:1 👍🏻

Thanks. It did feel great being back. It started out misty, but by the evening the mist completely went away. Honestly, the mist ended up being a blessing. It made the smell of the flowers and even the fountains stronger and more pleasant.
I'm so happy to hear you admire my outdoor fountain filming skills. That night shot of the Italian fountain I did was a last minute idea. I always try doing something different everytime I make a Longwood Gardens video.
That was my 4th time seeing their Fountains and Fireworks show. Definitely a close second, but that Monets garden one was still the best. It is nice they do the show rain or shine as long as there isn't lighting or extreme winds. I always bring rain ponchos incase the rain ends up getting real bad. The only thing that could have been better about the Fireworks show I saw that night was the cloud level being so low you couldn't see the bigger fireworks higher up. But then the way the clouds glow from the lights made it a cool effect in its own unique way. The finale was still great. I think I will take a break from seeing their Fountains and Fireworks show(unless something like the Firebird suite or the Planets suite Fountains and Fireworks and/or drone show is in the works).
I cant wait to see your next video, and your eventual video featuring the new conservatory when it opens. My jaws almost hit the floor when I saw those fountains running in the new conservatory from that room just before you enter the orchard room.

@@aquamaster5131 With my first fireworks being the July 3rd ones, I hoped classic patriotic music would appeal to people more than IA from a brand. It really didn't matter because the sound of the fireworks really overshadowed the music, even with my seat in the middle. They defended themselves saying they put up 2 freestanding speakers, but it didn't help. I told them they needed AT LEAST 2 more for the price of the ticket. Sorry you had such low clouds but you found a silver lining in the situation seeing the glow. (that's how I usually see fireworks at WDW w/rain, through a layer of smoke LOL)
