Naughtyboy knew how vulnerable Zayn was during 2015 especially with his mental health. When he had a breakdown and left One Direction, literally under a week later, Naughtyboy leaked this song without Zayn's knowledge. Zayn also made a few other songs such as the "My Type" remix, which was also leaked. naughtyboy took advantage of Zayn and rinsed him for his fame and money. There is more to this story, but it's quite sad what happened behind the scenes. Naughtyboy actually was the reason for Louis And Zayn fighting publicly on twitter too.

Zayn wrote this song as a demo for the album FOUR. And, he wrote 41 songs for that album alone. And guess how many went to use? 0. None. Modest didn’t use a single song he wrote for that album because they were too “real and vulnerable” or they just didn’t meet the band’s reputation and image. Like, I don’t blame him for leaving. Imagine how ignored he felt.
I miss 2015 but prefer never coming back there because of Zayn leaving band, his bad mental health, 1d on hiatus, so many moments that made me cry back then. I really miss 2012-2014.
