  • This video shows you how to add new categories to your expense and income area of your chart of accounts. It also shows you how to sort those sections alphabetically without disrupting the order of the other sections.

    3. Sorting Categories Alphabetically
    Steps to alphabetize a category list:
    --- Highlight the relevant cells in the section (e.g., the expense or income section).
    --- Right-click and select View More Cell Actions.
    --- Choose Sort Range → A to Z.
    This method only sorts the selected section without affecting others.
