#5 Sir, should we not use gloves and gown with Tuberculosis patient? how do we know if the things we touch are not contaminated from the cough of the patient?or how about the patient coughs while we are at bed side giving bedside care, how is our uniforms not contaminated if we're not wearing gown, and in wound dressing are we really required to wear gowns?or just gloves will do?
Just want to clarify, Number 2 is A? my concern is that in High fowlers position, the upper extremity is somewhat about 55-65 degree angle bent with respect to the lower extremities, now wouldnt we consider that a possible cause for contractures? unlike in supine position the body is perfectly aligned and no room for bents and for flexion so to.avoid contractures, just want to clarify this, this is my own opinion Im not insisting Im just asking....thanks
07:36 Options B and D could be considered correct, as both include Staphylococcus aureus. However, Pseudomonas aeruginosa is also a significant cause of nosocomial pneumonia, and it is included in option D. because in the question specifically mentions the "most common" organisms, so it is D.
