How to View and Cancel a Direct Debit in the AIB App

Here’s a step by step guide on how to cancel a direct debit.
Log in to the mobile app.
And tap Pay & Transfer. And then tap Direct Debits.
You can now see Active and Inactive direct debits. Select the direct debit that you want to cancel.
Scroll down and tap cancel direct debit
Check you’re cancelling the right one and then tap Confirm.
You have now cancelled the direct debit. Remember to let the merchant know that the payment has been cancelled.
Tap Direct debit list to return to the active direct debits screen.
By tapping on the Inactive option, you will see the direct debits that you have cancelled.
