- Join us for a free 7 Day ATEEZ : BE THE LIGHT WORKOUT CHALLENGE! This week long challenge is created to Ateez music and welcomes ALL fitness levels. You can choose from using a chair or doing low or high impact. The choice is yours! Each day is packed with a variety of exercises and you will be challenged both physically and mentally in the best way. I believe that in order to find the light within you, you have to stop putting yourself in last place and take care of your health. Going through these exercises can tear down any kind of wall that you may have in your life and cause you to face any darkness that you have been avoiding. In order to be the best you can be on the outside, you must first heal what's on the inside. The challenge begins on January 8th, so don't miss it!
