Thankfully my neighbours are also reds - they said later that all they could hear was me going absolutely nuts through the wall! I don’t think I’ve ever seen a whole team so delighted for one goal scorer. Alisson had been through such a tough time with losing his dad & not being able to go back to Brazil & grieve with his family. The way his teammates reacted spoke volumes about how well loved he is at the club. We’d been waiting for a top class goalie for so long, I reckon Alisson was worth the wait though.

I’ve never regretted being an Arsenal fan though, if I ever fall out of love with Arsenal I will have stopped watching football instead of supporting another team.

At every matchday the fans were calling for Wenger's head. He finally quit in April of 2018. Arsenal's most prosperous period was when the club was at Highbury.
