Despite being a 4 cores processor, the 7400 should take care of bf5 in the medium settings with 60 fps in the mp, and I am considering that you have at least 2400mhz in your 8 gb and that it is single channel, and with the rx 570
and in the campaign, you should play with high settings with 50 fps, or more

the frametime is bad on 1050ti
the important is the gameplay if it smooth not about high fps...some games are smooth at only in 30 fps and some in 60 fps.

@@EKOFPS i run bf5 at ultra with future frame rendering , in the campaign ultra settings gets me 60-70 in multiplayer its less demanding and actually way too cpu intensive even tho his cpu usage might not look like it he needs faster channel ram his cpu is actually weak agian the usage might lie to you
