Beef marinade: -300 grams of julienne beef sliced like noodles - 1/4 cup carrot, finely diced - 1 Portobello mushroom, finely diced - 1/4 cup of shredded lettuce - 1 Tbsp celery salt - 3 tbsp of oil - 4 slices of ginger -4 cloves of garlic, minced -1 spring onion, diced -1 tsp of Sichuan peppercorn -6 tbsp of Sichuan paste -1 cups of water 🔪 Mixed vegetables with Asian Dip (neutralize the spicy) 2 Tbsp beetroots juice 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 cup yogurt 1 tsp lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil ¼ teaspoon cumin ½ teaspoon coriander ½ teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper Toasted pistachios/pine nuts, for garnish
You can leave out the kimchi and replace it with more cabbage. For the peppers, you can replace the fermented pepper with your favorite hot sauce. Enjoy! :)
