Gloria Swanson, a great woman and actress. Margot Kidder was good to go too, had the hippie influence obviously. 1970, was the era! Also, she had a hard life too for decades. Ending with suicide in 2018 sadly. R.I.P. to both!
have nothing against the other celebs that were on this show but is this channel ever going to show the Dick Cavett shows where he interviews Jackie Gleason or Art Carney? How about any Honeymooners actors that were part of the main cast? These are rarities much like the other videos around here.
You can tell Janice is bored because she probably was told not to do any hard drugs before she went on the show. And you can tell she’s bored listening to a great lady who had a very exciting life and was smart enough not to do anything stupid like drugs.
So #Spanx has Gloria Swanson to thank. [And, after watching a few of these snippets from his old shows, it only reinforces how I felt back in the 70s, that Dick Caveat is the single worst interviewer of all time.]

Dick Cavett is a wonderful interviewer for many reasons one being he knew when to be quiet and let his guests speak.
