Hi, watching your video made me think back of the time I moved from California to Austin 13 years ago for see how it is to not be around my family and friends. I was happy with them around yet I wanted to experience how it was to not be around them for personal growth. I moved by myself and stayed with a friend who was like a sister to me. She was going thru divorce during that time and didn't have family around and I was in between jobs. Another reason why I moved was to hellp her have somebody there with her. I got a job and really tried to not miss what I had in california. I think I found myself getting depressed because I missed.them so much. I got a job which helped a little. I wasn't doing well mentally there that I decided to go back t0 california when her divorce finalized. I was only there a little bit less than a year and I realized that I had to have my family and friends around. If I had regrets that I moved back? Yes and no. Yes because I wonder hoe my life would have turned out had I stayed there. No because I learned a lot during my stay there.
