Those who receive social security as their only income cannot afford to freeze their accounts. I think the responsibility of preventing a data breach is on the agency.

As some1 who grew up having to go to juvenile probation hearings every 2nd Wednesday from 13 until I was 18. I say we need more judges like this. GOOD JOB. this judge needs a medal and recognition

A judge is removed for checking a teenage girls’ disrespectful behavior. The media continues to miss that part. We have so many teenagers heading down the wrong path. Again, if anyone checks them, they’re wrong. Who is raising her? Respect your elders!!!!!

What was the disrespectful behavior?! Being tired during a field trip?! Y’all label anything disrespectful just to be able to treat children any kind of way.

What many people are missing is that it was a field trip. This girl had not committed any offense or crime. Teenagers can be disrespectful at times. She fell asleep and simply said she was tired. She is a child. He don't know her home situation. That process was supposed to familiarize kids with the criminal justice system in a positive way. The way he handled that was in poor taste as well as unprofessional. She may have grew up and wanted to be a judge. He could have had a positive influence on her but Instead he scarred her for life. Kids can be cruel and will never let her live that down. His behavior will have far reaching negative impact on that child and it was grossly disproportionate to the unintentional act on a field trip. I teach, and kids fall asleep on class all the time, you don't make a huge deal of it or take it personal. They are children. He was out of order. Misuse of power. He could have just talked to her and had a better outcome.

The judge should NOT have been removed.
It's sad that these young kids can be rude and disrespectful with no consequences. But as soon as someone gives them a reality check, ppl want to turn their backs.
    The judge did nothing wrong.

Falling asleep because of an unstable home life is not a crime. The judge could have sent her out but he didn't, he was wrong

@@1Davenport-vo2cybut who said the home is unstable?! Falling asleep isn’t a crime, nor disrespectful. To make assumptions about her household is wild.

@@inesplain8870 I wasn't being disrespectful. Her mother stated that herself during an interview. That's why I said what I said and I stand by that. She didn't go to sleep on purpose.
