@@Swagg2Foolish I use the heated head when my neck muscles are stiff mostly, I don't use the heated head on my arms or legs much but the heated head definitely feels nice. There are some massage guns which have more narrow bullet style heated heads and I like the larger heated head on this one than others I have tried, example I like this heated head a lot more than the RENPHO heated massage tip head.
