Our Disney Wish Cruise Day 2! | It's Pirate Night, Toy Story Splash Pad Fun & So Much Food!

- Today’s vlog is day 2 of our Disney Wish Cruise! Today was a port day in Nassau but we opted to stay on the ship so we could explore a little more, meet some characters and play in the splash pad! We started the day by checking out the Oceaneer Club open house where we got to slide down the slide into the kid’s club area then we played in the all new toddler indoor playground, Mickey & Minnie’s Captain’s Deck. This area was a little underwhelming because Jackson is already a little too old for this playground but it’s geared towards kids 6 months to 3 years old. He had fun but it didn’t keep his attention for too long. Then we got to meet Spiderman in the Worlds of Marvel kids area, Jackson tried to do his best web shooting pose. Afterwards we grabbed a quick breakfast at Marceline Market and then Tim did some exploring around the pool deck while we played in the Toy Story Splash Pad and kiddie pool. We got some lunch at the Festival of Foods around the pool deck and got some ice cream from the Joyful Sweets ice cream and candy shop (these are all treats that are an additional cost). Then it was time for our Pirate Night dinner! We had dinner at 1923 but we won’t experience the actual non pirate-y menu until tomorrow. Our pirate meal was delicious though and Jackson was the cutest pirate on the whole ship (in my opinion!). There was no actual pirate show during dinner but we did head out on to the pool deck to see the Pirate in the Caribbean show with Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto, Goofy and more friends! The show is new-ish, we saw on our 7 day Disney Fantasy Cruise in May but they made some changes. Afterwards we saw the all new Pirates Parlay Party with Redd and Captain Jack Sparrow and a live band played while they set off the fireworks at sea! It was awesome!! This was a great way to end our second day on the Disney Wish! We hope you're having fun with us on the Wish! Thank you for watching and we'll see you tomorrow (or the next day) with a new vid!

I felt so bad for poor Jackson, his sweet face when he couldn’t do the incredible course🥺 They really could’ve labeled or advertised that better.
One thing I love about y’all is that you show things that you’re not necessarily into. As childless adults we really love you showed the rose bar and the adult area! Thank you for thinking of all of us who watch you!

4:06 Tim is such a good dad! I dropped my son off for his first year at college on Saturday and this brings tears to my eyes. Enjoy your time together and cherish every second. It goes by way too quickly.

I think the best part about all these videos for me is that Jackson will have his whole life to look back on and some of the most memorable moments with his family, imagine him in his 30’s watching all these. Melts my heart.

I had to chuckle watching Jackson in the background at the beginning of the vlog :) So much to discover on this ship and to comment about! Jackson's giggles washing his hands, riding the roller coaster (what an genius idea, Disney!). I'm only 4 minutes into the video and so much is happening already!
What a great Dad. It was heart warming when he took Jackson on 'Thunder Mountain'. Adorable. They're both such great parents.
Having back to back Wish content from you and Ordinary Adventures is pretty intense, but I must say getting to see Jackson play in all the kids' areas is so joyful. (Kitra playing in those areas is fun too, but from an adult perspective)
Jackson’s language is constantly getting clearer and clearer. He’s grown up so much!
Watching Tim with Jackson reminded me of special times I spent with my father. Thank you for sharing. We just celebrated my dad's 82 birthday in Anaheim last week.

My newborn son is my absolute favorite and never been so much in love in my life. We are up in Chicago burbs, so eventually in a few years we will do Disney the right way with him. Just want to say I have a newer admiration for your videos since we were aware of having a baby. We found out Thanksgiving day in 2021. And everything gas been amazing since that moment. Congrats on the news of the 2nd child coming. Thanks for all you do!

Loved the Hero Zone, and sad to have missed the Incredicourse when it was going. Embarkation day, it was a great place to chill up on the upper section on the little pebble couches/chairs while waiting to shove off on this cruise. Captain Minnie and Pluto both stopped by to say hi to us!

A deck 13!!! Yay! It just kind of annoys me that so many places won't have row 13, floor 13, etc because of superstitions.
Same! Fun story, this happened to me at a job once, where I had to get something signed asap by someone in another building on campus. I was told they were on floor 13, but it turned out to be called something else random in that building cause superstition about using the number 13. It was kinda a secure kinda place so when elevators have buttons with random codes on them, I don't guess lol Only one elevator went to that floor, and it was in some back corner somewhere. Was literally lost in a maze of staircases that went nowhere for an hour because people kept thinking I could get from A to B if I went certain ways (some of the buildings connected and people thought you might have to enter from another building) but nope. I'd never been so happy to find a place in my life when I finally found the office.
Wow, live music and fireworks. That sounded like an absolute blast of a night. Pirate night is my favorite night. The songs really stick in your head.
Thank you - you made my day by the THREE of you coming down the slide!! Those auto hand washers are really cool, I'd love to try that! Oh my gosh - heart melted, watching Tim and Jackson do the VR Big Thunder Mountain - SO sweet!! Love all the exhibits of all the "Disney history" all over the ship. Saw a fascinating exhibit years ago of some of Disney's architectural history at the Smithsonian in NY City. You guys all looked great for pirate night!! Love the look of Marcline Market, and the Food Festival area - great ideas!

Tim - as far as the music synchronizing so well with the fireworks, that’s done by having the band play to a click track (basically a metronome) that is lined up with the timecode for the fireworks. The click track is audible only in their in-ear monitors.

Watching these videos always makes me so hungry. 😆.. I know the food in the buffet areas probably isn't like the best on the ship but the huge selection makes it seem better. I have one son out of my 4 son's that is a very picky eater kind of due do a disorder he has anyway it looks like I could find alot of stuff on the buffet that he will like..

Butterfly pea tea is a really cool tea it’s made from butterfly pea flower like Jenn mentioned - but when it’s first brewed it brews somewhat blue / purple but when you add citrus it turns pink! A natural litmus test 🥰🤍

Those Fireworks & the Live Band playing while doing it....AMAZING!! Tim, I agree they are focusing More on the Entertainment on The Wish then on any other Disney Cruise & Theme Parks.
I could Totally See A Live Band Perform in Front of Cinderella's Castle especially during The Halloween Party while fireworks are going off in the background. DISNEY PLEASE BRING THIS TYPE OF ENTERTAINMENT TO THE PARKS!
