Watch alot of Napeles family in this village very clean accept the don't wash the meat or chicken before cooking....mayb its their culture. Hope everybody healty. The village or mountain life is beautiful fresh air, no polution with no vehicles everyday accept the jungle. Wish I can go there 1 day to venture the country. Definitely not mustard,nor cumin,more likely dhaniya(coriander seeds)

I’ve tried this cooking and I used cumin, masala, koriander and other seasonings and it was great. I add also a lot of water ‘cause I want to eat it like they do 🙏🏻❤️

It was just an observation, not any malice at all from my thoughs.I look at the HARD working Vietnamese and Indians vlogs and the men or women don't eat that quantity of rice.
