My sacral connects me to my intuition... It connects me to my body... It connects me to my truth... And when I'm in dangerous situations with toxic situations it always sends me messages which I have learnt to ignore all these years as a result of childhood abuse and conditioning.... So therein lies so much shame... That makes me betray and abandon myself... And repeat cycles of abuse and toxic rships and friendships time and again.... But during this meditation I have realised that I can learn to not be ashamed of my shame.... If I sit with myself enough and acknowledge the part of me that is still grieving the abuse... The part of me that is still angry and bitter.... The part of me that still holds on to the past wishing it played out differently... The part of me that's struggling to accept what already is.... If I acknowledge this hurt part of me without being ashamed of her.... My shame won't stand in the way of connecting with my sacral anymore.... Rather.... It will help me learn to tune in with my body and my soul and my femininity.... And slowly heal.... If this is done everyday.... It gets easier and curses get broken..... I send love to all who are going through their own healing journeys.... May Love be with you ❤️
