They were the human versions of ying and yang 😍 they balance each other out. They are meant for each other. In my head Alex finally got out and they lived humbly together with a little dog called nicky or another of their close prison friends
I was really worried going into this season that they wouldn’t be endgame. I was 13-14 when the show premiered and I wouldn’t have had the courage to come out if it hadn’t. God damn I miss these two, this is like saying goodbye to friends you’ve known for years knowing you’ll never see them again 😭 this video is a perfect tribute to them #VausemanForever
Also when Pipers dad was all like “don’t you want someone whole piper?”
I was thinking “no, she doesn’t want someone whole. She wants someone who completes her, who she completes. Who is perfectly imperfect like her. Who knows and accepts all the parts of her, good and bad. She wants her beautiful, soulmate Alex. And she always will.”
Best ending ever piper and Alex smiling makes so happy I didn't even care if they were reunited or not cause that is a pure good ending scene right 2 if you count the cast saying tearful goodbyes

I was convinced that they didn’t end up together, and that scene where Piper was driving was up to Zelda. So when the last scene showed I legit cried, because Vauseman was really endgame :)))

Both of these characters have a piece of my heart. I just love the way they love each other; their love might not be perfect but it's real. I hate that they broke up in the last episode but it was a much needed decision for Alex to understand that Piper's vows where absolutely true - "..then, my vow is to wait for you"
They ended up together in the end. Zelda offered for Piper to go to the Hampton's together, but Piper went to Ohio to be with Alex. Plus, they're both wearing their wedding rings in the finale.

I always love when editors draw parallels in their workes as you did. e.g. Piper always used to leave, when Alex was begging for her to stay. However, in the final Alex wants Piper to leave "I am also asking for my own freedom". As Alex is the one turning away from her, Piper finds herself in the position begging for her affection and thus stays with her.
2:03 - 2:19 All the scenes follow the "You are my life" theme but there is more to it. e.g. " Those things we did that was no adventure or a run that was my life." Piper is complaining in this scene back from season 1 that Larry doesn´t get what being with Alex actually means to her then there´s the cutscene and in the final - Larry gives her closure saying " I think in a lot of ways she made your life." responding the previous scene. The way you edited it pays attention to those details and therefore is absolutely gorgeous.
Im about to watch this whole show again because I just finished season 7 and I can't process that is the end

To me, this will always be not so much Piper and Alex speaking, but Taylor and Laura speaking to each other through those roles. Especially the season 7 scenes. IMO? Not acting.
I really suffered this season.
these two have been a part of my life for the past six years, and boy has it been a real ride, i've learnt so much about myself but also relationships and people from this show. there's so much trauma and toxicity to their relationship but also so much love and this season really showed that, no tv couple will ever be able to live up to vauseman. i'm gonna miss these inevitable soulmates more than i thought i would.

y que decir de oitnb, es lounico que pude ver en mis tiempos muertos en el movil cuando no moria de calor o estaba muy cansada, 15 dias en ver la temporada mas triste y real, hoy acabé y no tengo palabras, ha sido obra de arte, casi que lo peor de la s7 fue piper y alex, para mi como pareja no se... obvio mostraron un lado cruel y real de vivir separadas pero a la vez meten a zelda (OJALA SE CASE CONMIGO) Y a la guardia de prisión y es en plan que me sobraba, entre tanto drama, para que al final acaben juntas y nos den final fanservice de no haber estropeado al ship cuando toda la temporada es lo que hicieron... no se, tengo sentimientos encontrados. Pero tu video con toooodos los momentos del pasado me dieron muchos feelings y recuerdos y lloro.
Es que si realmente fueron dos segundos de endgame como para decir tomen no se quejen, pero fue un desastre casi al nivel de la temporada dos el storyline que les dieron. Por suerte el resto de personajes los desarrollaron bastante bien y me termine llorando todo el ultimo capitulo jajaja

This season felt...hollow, in a way. Daddy got off-screened, Murphy...fuck her, I’m glad she’s gone, Maritza got done DIRTY!!!!!!!!!! Red...there’s not enough time in the day, Nicky’s little “fling” with “what’s-her-name” made me uncomfortable. Cindy...that bitch dumb😂😂😂 I ain’t even gon hold you; she does care about her family, so, respect👊🏼✊🏽✊🏽. Blanca’s kind of a focal character this time around, which I applaud; she felt “too far away” in the previous seasons, nice to let her shine. Daya...... 🤷🏼♂️ Aleida........😶 There were multiple times where T had me go “don’t do this, girl!! P would never have wanted you to go out this way, and when I saw her reach her breaking point, I was fully ready to stop watching altogether; she pulled it back and was making positive changes and I’m so proud of her! Lorna......😞 Flaka....good girl, this season; she didn’t speak too much or too little, nothing she said didn’t wanna make me hit her, she really was Maritza’s ride or die. Gloria, ain’t got much to say about her, she was close to getting out and didn’t wanna fuck her chance up, but, she had a kind heart that got in the way and almost cost her everything; that kindness ultimately did come full circle and help her out, in the end. Ruiz...same as Gloria, ain’t much to say, she used to be a bully, now, she ain’t, even offering to make amends with Gloria to understandably no avail. Suzanne...I could never forgive her for what happened to P, but, I gotta say, this season, she calmed WAY the fuck down; good for her that she found a purpose and a friend who stuck with her. Penn....I hated her in the beginning, thought Piper choking her out was the means to her end and I was gonna start doing cartwheels, but, she’s come a long way; she went from being too “in people’s faces about Christ” because of her naivety and being WAY too trusting, to ultimately not putting enough faith in herself that she did have the aptitude to succeed..what a way. I love you, Penn, always. Frieda....is Frieda, ain’t shit to say😂 Alex out here trifling, this season..I ain’t fucking with it; McCullough getting some character out of nowhere is all well and good, but, Alex.....baby....have we learned nothing from Season 3? ALL these fucking COs need to get fired, except Dixon, that’s the homie. Piper...really went to her ex to tell him she wants to be with the girl who ruined their engagement....again. Season 1 did a better job at this, but, it’s all good. I ain’t mad because she finally learned to make a decision and stick with it. The highlight of the final season....is SOPHIA COMING BACK!!!! And SHE FINE AF! 2013-2019, this show was beautiful (except for Season 3, that was a mess), and I’ll miss it.
