    Thank you, Rosie 💞
I had my first panic attack in December 2020. I was sitting on the couch watching TV like I always do, no panic or fear in my head. All of a sudden, my vision went blurry, my feet and hands went numb, my heart started racing, and I felt like my throat was closing… I had every type of blood test done at the hospital and everything came back normal. I was CONVINCED there was something wrong with me. These were eventually diagnosed as panic attacks, and I continued to have them every single day for 10 months straight. Eventually I was diagnosed with panic disorder, a severe form of anxiety where you have continual panic attacks for no apparent reason and they don’t stop no matter what you do.
Exactly one year later, I have learned to cope with my anxiety in the same way you have - to focus on the science behind it. It has helped me so much, and I have been able to put myself at ease because of it. I can now talk myself out of a panic attack if I just remember that my fight or flight is acting up.
Not sure how I found this video, but I’m so thankful and so happy to know that someone else understands the pain and frustration that I’ve gone through, and the number of hospital visits I’ve gone to where I’m not taken seriously. You are amazing and capable❤️

If you want to overcome anxiety, accept that you cannot control everything. Put your stress in perspective: Is it really as bad as you think? Make an effort to replace negative thoughts with positive ones. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques. Stepping back from the problem helps clear your head.🥺🥺🥺!🥺🥺🥺!🥺🥺🥺!🥺🥺🥺!

Just started watching this and I can relate to so much of what you’re saying. I suffer from migraines occasionally and they always start with the tingles in my hands and mouth and I start stuttering. But I also suffer with anxiety and I’m off sick atm due to having panic attacks at work. They’re horrible and wouldn’t wish them on anyone. I suffered with anxiety before lockdown but so many people have said how much worse 2020 has made people’s mental health.
Anyway, I’m so glad that you are able to talk about it and feel like you’re not the only one. Talking helps so much.
Thank you for this video xxxxx

Thank you SO much for sharing. I truly had such a similar experience that also started April 2020. It is so enlightening to hear that I was not the only one who went through that and experienced it. I am so glad to hear you overcame it! I don't get anxiety anymore but if it ever comes back I will definitely consider The Linden Method. :)

I can definitely relate I’ve had symptoms where my body feels like it’s burning from the inside, tingling in my arms/legs , felt like I ran a marathon when I tried to walk , pain in my stomach and feeling sick and it feels so weird I had loads of tests and it was all normal. They said they can only declare it’s a panic attack after they’ve done all the physical tests
