mars in cap here. here's one word to better explain when i'm angry = VENGEANCE. if the situation is something i can't control, i lock myself in my room for a month. if something i can control, i.e. losing something and i was cheated, i plan my strategy and tactics to get it back. i'll give you 2 examples:
1) someone told me i can't be in their climbing team to climb xxxx mountain because i am female and i am weak. i was quiet but they don't know i'm plotting vengeance. what i did was i joined another group climbing xxxx mountain, climbed it again the next year, climbed it again, then 2 years ago, i climbed it solo. i went back to that old group which rejected me to apply again. i put xxxx mountain in my climbing experience.
2) when my manager told me she couldn't promote me because i have 2 lates and 4 sick leaves (for an entire quarter take note) but i intuited (because i have moon in pisces) it's all office politics and foul play. what i did: i literally lived in the office so i can skip the urban traffic. my manager didn't know i was camping at the office gym. i wasn't late for 1 quarter, i was sick for a few times but i was still in office. i worked hard as usual. on evaluation day, i demanded my promotion. guess what -- she didn't give it still. foul play. bonus: when i left, i gave my project proposal to her rival manager after she stole credit on the others i have completed.
when i'm angry at things i can control, i plan it thoroughly. sometimes, i can't sleep at night just thinking about executing it.

Oh my god I have Mars in Capricorn and the thing about getting angry and it making me clean the house and stuff is so true. I'm a Sagittarius so I'm not one to have stick in the behind, but the anger thing is true --I really try to control it and not let it rain down on other people and life because it isn't practical, it causes mayhem and that isn't good (also because it hurts people but I don't think that's an applicable reason pertaining to this aspect). Because I'm a Sagittarius, my anger is very short lived and I am eager to put the fire out but... when I'm so angry that Saturn can't do anything in simmering it down --I turn into a domineering maniac and am filled with euphoria and malevolence --ironic for me because of how peace-loving I 99% of the time am (Libra rising). As a Sun Cap in the 7th/8th house (it's at the cusp) and Mars in Aries, I feel attracted to people with this placement, hahahah. I'm not as passionate, and I think a lot about how I and the things I do may affect others, so I don't really have those outbursts nor do I have the need and wish to. If I start feeling overwhelmed by an emotion or emotions, I just shut down and move away to somewhere I can find more peace and quiet as I feel like I need some quiet and alone time. It's like a recharging battery, and it feels amazingly good to spend that time playing with myself, thinking, feeling, resting, and enjoying my own company and time) or maybe emotional Scorpio. My chart is ruled by the Moon, due to a Cancer Rising and my Moon is Scorpio, so that could be a thing. 🧐🤣 Me connecting these dots is definitely a Scorpio thing. 😂

Most of what you say here may be true, but I don't like how you repeatedly say Mars is 'stuck' in Capricorn. Mars is actually EXALTED in Capricorn, meaning this is where it is most naturally able to express itself. It may not be its home, but it is where it is most happy. It is the setting where it can slow down all its movements and impulsiveness, chill out and have a beer or two. This gives it more control and effectiveness and allows it to plan and organize so that they outshine everyone.
I agree. An exulted Sign is always in the best planet placement. I have Moon in Taurus which is exulted. Taurus being an earth sign is very grounding for the watery Cancer Moon. Capricorn gives grounding to the fiery/passionate Mars energy. 👍

Are you doing this reading with a western or sidereal perspective.? Cause sidereal my mars in Sagittarius and on western my mars in Capricorn. So which one is right?
I have mars in Capricorn and I hate being on top! I love to be controlled in the bed. But I also have my Venus, sun, moon, mercury and Jupiter all in Scorpio! So yes heightened sexuality for sure added to the Capricorn with all my Scorpio.
