    Hi guys, when doing the integration I wasn't given the option to "choose existing whatsapp account", it only let me create a new one. Can you please help me out? Do you have any thoughts on what could be the issue?

    This WhatsApp work as whatsapp API ? I have few query related to this. Like charges same as whatsaap API. Or similar to AIsensy

      Hello, @rajkamalgupta8612! Zoho is a business solutions provider, and our most recent update allows you to link your phone number and WhatsApp Business account to Bigin (a small business CRM solution), after which you will be able to respond to messages received from your contacts via Bigin.
      And regarding the charges; each WhatsApp Business account gets 1,000 free service conversations each month. Once exhausted, you can either manually buy credits or opt for auto-recharge. Please check this link for more details: zurl.co/X5mi
