    Hello Animesh, First of all Thank you so much for all the videos you've made and a playlist abt gks scholarship and that's really really very helpful 💌...
    I just wanted to ask like.... Yk as the Guidelines has been changed in 2023 ans now they don't accept any provisional graduation degree certificate .... And also in india the state university doesn't give the original degree certificate that easily....
    So how can I get the certificate from them within the timeline of the scholarship? Imagine I'm already graduated this year and I'm applying for scholarship next year so how can i get that from them ?? Should I write any letter or should I contact someone or continuously go to the university and meet the principal time to time ??
    I hope you'll reply 💌

      Take the guidelines to the examinations office and show them why you need the degree certificate
      That might help
      Also asking your dean or principal on a regular basis would do

      Try to prove in your study plan why you want to switch majors and try finding any internships you can or any work related to the major you want to study. You can also try doing some certificate courses to make your application look good.

    So I'm currently doing bachelors in management in hr! I want to apply for gks for mba in hr what if the 3 universities you having hr and one has the different major? What would happen? • @vatssutra

      It's usually suggested to choose the same or similar majors when applying through embassy track. If you are going for MBA then it's best if you just mention MBA and leave the specific major section empty because as far as I remember it's not mandatory to mention the specific major.

    Hey, this is Chandana , completed my 12th grade recently, gonna apply for GKS UG 2024 , so the point is my 10th grades are according to the telangana state board ranking criteria ( / 10 CGPA ) and 11th and 12th according to inter board ( / 500 marks ) each year so it’s for /1000 marks combined , so how do I convert my grades and how to get it authorised (and if it’s with the college, with whom should I get it signed )

    • @vatssutra
      @vatssutra  Год назад

      Convert on one of scales given in the guidelines. If you read the guidelines they have mentioned websites from where you can convert. Also, get it signed by your principal or dean of the college.

      Language proficiency test scores depend on university and courses. So check your course and university requirements. Also, if you submit them anyway, that adds to your application.

    Hi, I know my question is not relevant to the content in the video but I really needed to clear some doubts.
    #1 For the list of documents that one needs to prepare for apostille (in case of GKS-G) should these documents suffice?
    1. Parent's Aadhar (Citizenship Proof)
    2. Personal Passport (Citizenship Proof)
    3. UG Degree Certificate (Mine is printed in Kannada and English directly below it.)
    4. UG Consolidated Marksheet
    Could you tell me if I'm missing anything else for the Apostille?
    #2 As I'm planning to apply via Embassy Track, I know I'm going to need a total of 4 sets of documents. Now, when I send these documents for Apostille, will the agency take the actual document and print a copy and then apostille it as the "Original Apostille" and then make three copies of it (that are meant for each university I select) containing the photocopy of the apostille stamp? Basically what I'm trying to cofnirm is whether the original unique document we have in India (ex. Degree Certificate) will be sent to the embassy or an apostilled copy of it (along with 3 copies of THAT copy) will be sent there. Sorry if the question sounds dumb haha!
    #3 With regards to the recommendation letter, are we supposed to send a copy of the template given in the guidelines to our recommender so that they will type it out a total of 4 times accordingly and then print and sign each of them, before enclosing them all into an envelope and then signing over the back flap?

    • @vatssutra
      @vatssutra  Год назад

      For parent's citizenship documents, try using voter ID cards or maybe passports . You need to submit your birth certificate as a mandatory document.

    • @vatssutra
      @vatssutra  Год назад

      You need to send one original set of documents with all the apostilles and three photocopies of that original set of documents. So a total of four sets of documents will be sent to the embassy.

    • @vatssutra
      @vatssutra  Год назад

      The template can be just one but the recommendation letter has to be four sets. But if your recommendation gives you four sets of both then that's best.
