For those of you who want to defeat starscream and blackout, take out blackout first, and DONT let him get away! He will come back with more health and will really be a pain in the ass to deal with! Try to tart the fight with full health and try to hit blackout even if starscream is running to you (unless it gets too costly). Once he is dead, it is pretty easy to kill starscream as he is much weaker.
Blackout ? i don't think he is in the movie or it was just the Character and still Transformers: The Game plot is so differen't from the movie , but i don't mind it is batter than Transformers Movie Plot just because of the Decepticons part .

Nah Blackout's a pain in the a$$ in the 2.0 mod.
