Honestly, the only reason I'd ever mod in Xenoverse 2 is for cosmetics and to be able to use Majin Kamehameha on any race, not just Majins. The reason why is because it wouldn't be harmful, and it's not cast character exclusive. Statistically, Majin Kamehameha and base Kamehameha are identical, so if anything it would also technically be a cosmetic mod.

This is a modder that almost doesn't have mods in his character. Only minimal superior stats above the limits and one skill mod. The most normal case is a modder with raid boss ultra instic, gigant ki blast, 6 health bars etc lol.
Ran into a pair of guys like that a few days back. Their excuse was "because we can/are bored." and "compared to the broken goku black super soul it ain't bad." I just rolled my eyes at the whole thing. They were modding, and willing to gang up on top of that. My teammates and I managed to win because they moment they started ganging we wised up and didn't let them get that opening again.

If you,re looking for a counter to it. There"s a super soul called : "Don't go all out" in the meantime, it takes 2 and 2 2/3 bars of stamina on charged ki blast. Match it with knockback aura slide for the GAAAAGH users
