As a native Londoner, I'm glad to see you enjoying your visit here and seeing the sights. Poppies do the best fish and chips in London. Most if not all of the galleries and museums are free. The natural history museum and the Victoria & Albert museum (both next to each other in Kensington) are definitely worth a visit. Piccadilly has some beautiful shopping arcades and Covent garden is really nice too. Camden Market is very lively and has a great food square next to the lock.

Lovely vlog, you should defo visit in July, it's the best time, you should also try Cambridge, Bath, Norfolk and so much more. Everyone assumes London is where it's at, not so! you also get cheaper, bigger rooms.

You certainly packed a lot in on your trip. You were right about the London Eye, everyone thought it would be an 'eyesore'. It was built for the millennium and was supposed to be dismantled in 2005, but proved to be a success and a tourist attraction. I'm glad you liked Trafalgar Square (yes, you pronounced Trafalgar correctly) and managed to go into the National Gallery which I think you forgot to mention entrance if free, as most museums are. Looking forward to next video of the Tower of London.

£114 for the London eye… don’t pay fares on the day you can get deals and discounts including other attractions. I get it’s easy because you just walk up and pay but research the best price and for less you could have got 3 attractions.. hope you had a great time :)

You guys go all the way to London and get McDonald's? Oy! You're killing me Smalls! 😅 Just teasing. Actually, it's kind of neat to try our fast food overseas; there are different things and interpretations on the menu. But you gotta get a proper English breakfast. The Heinz beans taste way different than Bush's beans, not as sweet but still enjoyable.
Trust us there will be plenty of local food coming

I would have to go to Hampton Court, the Tower of London and a Jack the Ripper Tour. Those are my big 3 in England if I would ever get on a plane and go to Europe. You all look like you had a great time.

Wow you guys do get around. Glad you got to see London. It brought back memories of my trip in Dec 2013 and into the new year. It was nice to see how they decorate for Christmas and Merry Christmas all over (not seasons greetings) as the US tends to do. Ha.

enjoying your content. Never been to Europe, I like the view of London from your perspective as a tourist, kinda like letting me tag along. That Eye is something else. You mentioned The Tower, are you allowed to tour that place. The Tower is a very important fixture in the history of the American Civil War. They manufactured Enfield Muskets and other weapons, etc. that were sent to Confederate Armories during the civil war, many had to run the blockade into Charleston, SC. The muskets that were made there bore the imprint of the Armory "Tower" on the lockplates.

@ 4:57 the oval stone front building in the old BBC House. Yes, I do agree that Micky's Fish & Chips has the best F&C for that area of London. Hopefully, you'll go past or even stop in at the new US Embassy to the UK in Nine Oaks, as it fits in with all the 21st-century modern steel & glass crazy architecture of current-day London.
