I want to know how I set up my ipod touch without it being set to the cloud. I.E. sort of dumbing it down. New subscriber. What video do you talk about that, as you mention there is a tutorial about that?
My friend gave me his Ipod he wasn’t using anymore. Whenever I turn it on it just says “IPod is disabled connect to iTunes” and idk how to get rid of it

I have a question...does factory reset affects my battery? When I do a factory reset, i have my battery life at 100%. when I do it. I wonder if I can do a factory reset at 80%? Will it affect it?
@TechandDesign since I have a two factor on, is the text 50472 & 81961 Apple text??? On the internet, it says it's a scam, but those are legit text, unless I am reading it wrong....
if you think about it, that would be the worst scam ever , if all you get are numbers sent to you since you got 2fa. scams are usually when you get a link to click on

After clicking the -Erase All Content and Settings is asking me for my "Passcode" and I cant remember and wont let me jump to the next step. how can I fix this?
I got an ipod touch 4th gen. I got issues about some lag issues and always force close on the device. If i reset it would be back to normal again right? And also i dont have any apple id's so is it possible to carry on follow the steps in choosing language things? Thank u
well this would be helpful if I can actually get past the activation screen..........and no, I don't know the original owner's credentials. I did a stupid and updated it........

if its a software glitch , sure it can show you the actually battery life. If not than no, factory reset doesnt do anything to your battery

What if it ask for a passcode after I try to erase it never got screen with everything. My iTunes is not finding the device.

This doesn't work if someone else's apple id is logged in
it does work. just ask the owner to put their password so you can factory restore it
