ADDITIONAL INFO/DISCLAIMERS: All branding for this channel is created solely by me - the graphics, subtitles, compilations, mission/vision, etc. It's just me having fun while experimenting with running a RUclips channel for the first time. I create and curate my own content on my own terms, without the help or influence of anyone else, so you have guaranteed authenticity. Started April 1. As a translator, my specific subbing style is to write in a way where my translations effectively capture the boys' personalities as well and makes the conversation/dialogue flow as smoothly and naturally as possible (as if it was said in full fluent English in the first place), without compromising the accuracy of the translations. As a result, I don't always do word-for-word, "literal" translations, but rather opt for different wordings/vocab choices, some slang, rearrangement of sentence structure, etc. However, I want to be perfectly clear that my subs are still very much accurate! This is natural in translating, so I don't want to hear it in the comments below from people saying "actually this word in this language means that in English". I know that. The reason why I started this channel was to eliminate the language barrier between WayV and their international fans (look at my channel about section or in the description box of all my videos). People who have watched my subbed videos and speak fluently any of the languages I've translated for WayV videos can attest that the accuracy is still there, so please don't worry about that - I just also prioritize preserving the boys' personalities in what they're saying as well, because live-streams especially are the best way for fans to connect with their artists. I simply choose not to do literal, word-for-word translations sometimes because I generally find them ineffective and not only renders the dialogue between the members as cold/robotic/awkward, but also does not capture the true intonations, meanings, and context between what they're saying. Additionally, subbing this way allows me to avoid being accused of copying others' translations and to also protect myself from MY translations getting stolen. It will differentiate me from other NCT subbers but also that way I can tell if someone has plagiarized from me.

The fact that ten had to read the mc card/paper (which had the questions written in different languages Thai, English and maybe Korean) then he had to translate it to the members in Mandarin/Chinese and then (if it wasn't in thai) he had to translate it to thai for the thai zenies and then the members answered in Chinese or English, then ten had to translate what they said to thai

Lol, Ten trying to translate everything into Thai reminds me of Renjun trying to translate Korean into Mandarin. It must be so hard to have to switch out of your everyday language, even if you are a native speaker of the other language.

Lucas is half Thai. He understood all that Ten has said and he speaks Thai quite well.😆 You must have seen him when he went to a fanmeeting in Thailand last year. He speaks Thai a lot. Also in this live, he spoke a lot of Thai as well.

I admire Ten so much, my first language is Spanish and I learned English on my own and I struggle with both so much..sometimes I'm thinking in one and I forget the other but I'm not famous so I have no pressure to speak well...but Ten has to translate and keep the conversation while remembering all those languages and having the staff in front of him...I would die lol

actually you having to clarify lucas doesn't speak thai is so funny because i don't speak thai but i can totally tell he can't speak it, even without subtitles. but i see people saying he does all the time i'm like??? have you ever seen him try to speak thai?? he says like two words super slowly and then ten immediately corrects him
He can understand though poor baby, if he is not confident enough to speak fluently he says his words in tiny or simple mode even korea
