Crandall riding Rita was fun to watch! 🐎 His expertise in so many areas is truly amazing.
Crandall, is there ANYTHING you can’t do? I learn so much from your videos. I may never use it, but since my retirement I make it a point of learning many new things every day. 🤗. Your expertise in so many areas is impressive 🤗
Rita never fails to surprise me! She actually looked like she was having the time of her life. Who would have guessed it? A year ago she was a spitfire!
She still is.
This was an amazing video. I never thought I would see the day that someone actually rode Rita! As a previous horse owner, I loved watching Crandall work with a hot thoroughbred. Great job!

You two made this so interesting with the fresh eye. Lester and his family are around these animals so we never see the fresh reactions like: " the tongue feels like sand paper, or they are so big compared too, or just how hard it was to feed them and how large they are vs others. Great perspectives that you brought to us with your visit.
So nice that you could visit them. How nice that you two could have a vacation to get away from the daily grind. I started following your channel after they invited you to ima survivor and now follow both your feeds.
Great video! Crandall, I used to say my Daddy knew everything. He would always reply, "I don't know everything, but do know a little bit about everything." I hope your kids say that about you. You remind me so much of him. ❤

Marcie can't blame you, the longhorns would make me nervous also. Just because of those horns. I don't mind the cow slobber, it washes off. Crandel great job with Rita, you looked very comfortable on her and kept her going forward.
Rita also senses that Crandall is a good horseman… No fear or anxiety in him!
Great job with Rita! You did more with her in a few minutes than he did in months. You can definitely tell a horse person from a non horse person. His issue is she feels he is scared, and unfortunately, until he gets over the fear, it will always be that way with her. You can definitely tell you have experience. You did amazing! 👍

Marci u done good girl .. some bulls can be quite ornery. Always good to use extreme caution esp when u don't know the animals. Crandall good job with Rita. Remember b4 u actually get a horse; they require a lot of time & lots of money. We had horses here too. One of our quarter horses was a temperamental mare, u had to show her who was boss or she'd go where she wanted & they can surely tell when a rider isn't gonna b thr boss. I didn't expect to see y'all ride. Marci u made me giggle a lil when u got nervous on the side by side. I would've been that way too. Onto next vid 😊
The bull is Waylon the girls are Ruby, Trinity,Charlene, Serenity,Jezabelle,Dani,Patsy, and Loretta. They are the sweetest babies who love muffins. I am a follower/subsriber to Lester's channels. I came across this video this morning. Glad that you and your wife got to meet the JL Ranch North babies. I do know everyone of the babies names as well.

The Bulls (boys) horn grow out and either forward or down. The girls grow out and up. 😊

Crandall and Marci, really enjoyed your video. Marci, I've been around animals all my life and back before I moved out of the house after my Daddy passed away. We had cows, chickens, pigs and our dogs and cats then dairy cows and I forgot a goose. Looks like y'all had a fun day. Looking forward to your next vlog.❤️

She is a young stubborn thoroughbred filly that needs Uncle Lester to stop babying her if she is ecer going to really show how wonderful she is. I am not slamming Lester but i have never seen a horse allowed to be that stubborn.

Marci fed Ruby, and Danny very well. The rest of the time it was hilarious. Marci definitely needs to be around animals more so she can be comfortable. Great riding Crandall.

I rode Ponies of America. (POA) when I was 6th and 7th . My uncle bought me a Welch pony when I was in grade school. I rode in shows ,barrel racing and extra. I love horses. My dad’s three brothers were all trainer for 0:30 thoroughbreds.
Only Ruby and Dani are bottle babies.. though Lester has hand fed all of them.. ❤❤ i did not grow up with animals either.. but I’d love this soo much!!
