Thanks for the video. I just bought a 22 Chief Bobber Dark Horse. But I can't get it until April due to a kickstand recall. The handlebars on the bike in your video seem to be installed more laid down and towards the rider than any other Chief Bobber I've seen. Also, not being a jerk, but the 360 angles really take away from the quality of the video. Just my opinion. Thanks for the review!
I agree, the 3-D camera angle caused me to almost click off the video. luckily for you there aren't many videos yet on Indian. Which is why I just bought mine. Please go back to a go-pro on the helmet or bike please.
Traditional bobbers would have removed front fenders and severely cut back rear fender like right past the seat so really it’s a chopped design. Of course that’s changed over time but a lot of motorcycles use that chopped design from the factory and aren’t necessarily bobbers
This is the second time i ask the same question, hope you can answer this time because you dind´t the first time. Which one do you prefer with their cons and pros, the Low rider S or the Chief Dark Horse Bobber? I bought the last one because it´s cheaper and as beautyfull and full power as the Low Rider. I came from an Iron, i still keep it because for just the city is the best.
I’ve rented one from Mall Of Georgia Indian and took in the interstate for about 2 and a half hours, and as long as you can deal with the wind hitting your body, it’s surprisingly stable at highway speeds (75-85mph). It’s no Chieftain, Challenger or any of the other models with fairings or the Springfield but it doesn’t get blown around like the Scouts do. It’s like a smaller Springfield Darkhorse with the Springfield Darkhorse having the edge on the interstate due to the overall heavier weight and touring frame/suspension.
That's a Bobber Dark Horse. You can tell because it has the TFT and the 116. The standard Bobber has the 111 and no TFT. And the Bobber Dark Horse has blacked out Pushrod Tubes and Shields, and black Gloss engine case covers and side covers. Chief Bobber has Chrome Pushrods and heat shields, and the matte Grey/black engine cases and side covers.
LOUD PIPES DO NOT SAVE LIVES. This is one the biggest falsities that bikers like to repeat and has been thoroughly debunked. I love a nice aftermarket set of pipes and rock some vance & hines myself.
I enjoy the information you are providing, but it's a frustrating video to watch. Your spinning video and the fish eye makes it difficult to watch... not gonna make it through this video. Also frustrating, because when you are talking about things on the bike, you don't show them, video spinning instead. I won't subscribe. Too hard to watch you.
You could definitely tour with it, I’ve seen dudes touring on 1000cc hardtail choppers. If anything just change the seat out, maybe add a sissy bar or saddle bags, and you’re good to ride the thing cross country

I was going to say the messing about with the insta 360 kinda ruined the video for me too
Love my 22 Darkhorse Bobber.
I really like the chief series the new sport version looks very cool, nice review but not a fan of those 3d camera shots
I hate those cameras too, see them in a lot of bike reviews. The footage makes me have to look away because it gives me motion sickness lol

😱 🏍 SWEET 🏍❤️
NICE!👍
Mirror flip kit makes it look more bobber like
What if you add the fox suspension. You think it will help? Thats an add on
2:00 Bobbed Fenders that’s why it called a Bobber

You were sitting Supernatural, I saw it

So when do you get your ambassador card lol
Take the hat off the bar!

👍
Those bars aren't set up correctly........they are rolled way too far back. I own one in green (2022) great bike.
You are still going to take. It for short freeway runs do I would like to see how it goes there.
Chief Sport.

thank you for all the info , but the 360 camera video has got to go... that camera is not good...
The throttle is off ..
The only thing that throws me off with this bike is that the handlebars dont match the look - i guess thoose can be changed
Without the 360 degree garbage the video would be better

Right which is why I said Chief bobber dark horse at 43 seconds in 🤘🏻
Sounds like a really quiet exhaust. I prefer the harley pipe sound. Loud pipes save lives. But very cool bike.

@@CharlesMays-sw5clwho debunked it? Because I can tell you, I became very aware of a motorcycle coming when I heard the loud exhaust.
It’s definitely way too quiet

1900 Cc engine and its no good for touring???? Why not?

probably in terms of comfort
