Great funny story for next week.... a few years ago, I had thrown my 4th ace. Up to that point, I had immediately hung/shelved my previous ace discs. I finally decided to start playing in a local league with some encouragement from a new friend. I ended up throwing that 4th ace in warm-ups before leagues started.... anyhow the next day, I was playing a casual round with my brother-in-law. We were talking on the 1st tee while waiting for a friend to get there. This is where it gets good. While waiting on our friend, I was telling my brother that I had aced yesterday at a league I decided to go to. I went on to say how I had always set my ace discs aside, I was telling him that my new buddies from leagues told me not to do that.... if they ace they are lucky and you gotta keep throwing them. So, I decided to keep that disc in the bag. As I'm explaining this whole situation to him.... I pull out the disc and say.... let's see if it's true. I proceeded to pull out this beautiful color glow fd3. Then.... I threw the worst forehand flick ever.... which caught a headwind and carried out over the main road. It gets better.... at this time a construction truck was driving by hauling a bucket lift tractor. My disc proceeded to turn in to traffic and landed in the bucket of the tractor 😅... my first instinct was to start running towards the road, but after realizing that the disc was gone for ever... I just feel over. We both rolled around laughing... only to have our friend arrive asking what's so funny. Hope you guys enjoyed. 😊
I took my buddy from India discgolfing for his first time back in 2008. We ate mushrooms and it was hilarious him telling everyone about their throws. We sat on a down hill tee shot at cats hollow in AUSTIN TX and laughed very hard for 6 hours as 30 people came through. Maybe one of the best first disc golf stories of all time. I would love to get him on with myself and tell the story. A very memorable day to say the least.
For putting season 2 please add some obstacles do a week of anhyzer putts only put a shelf or something in the way. Then a week of hyper then low ceiling then force a loft over top of something. Would help show where each person is better and where each person's weakness is.
Just lost my ape two days ago at Winthrop. It was premium plastic. I’ve bagged it since the very beginning of playing (one of the random discs that end up in your bag). Would always use it as my flare skip disc. Tried throwing over the lake and instead slipped and got a face full of mud and my disc is gone forever.
On guess the rating, there needs to be plenty of discussion and judgement from both Trev and Brodie on a player. The one kicks in then the other talks it out and guesses and the first then tells what he saw and then reveal the rating. This week we only heard on persons opinion.
Voodoo is a great putter but I hate the normal stamp. Gatesway's lunar plastic Voodoo is my go to putter. Plastoc is great and the stamp is minimal so its not too distracting.
Why are you selling the used disc's through another app and not the Foundation app? I don't want download and use another thing to maybe buy a used Frisbee
What Not is actually pretty seemless, and it's a good way to see discs in a better perspective since it's a live stream. Also, it's an auction, so they will most likely make more money for their discs than on the website, plus they won't be just sitting there for who knows how long. I only know because Infinite Discs sells on What Not as Discount Disc Golf. I was also skeptical at first
The trading cards have a huge community behind them. Brixton has a Discord with over 500 members alone I believe. Theres some serious collecting and trading going on there. Some of the highest valued trading cards have sold for hundreds, some near a thousand dollars. In Brixton’s latest flagship releases, the 1 of 1 McBeth card everyone was chasing had a $2500 bounty on it set by Adam Hammes.
Both. I find it to be a crazy waste of money, personally. It’s just hype that’s selling the cards. But I don’t deny that some people are legit into the scene
The entire point of sports cards are that consumers know of, or are fans of the athletes. Being that nobody knows who anybody is makes the cards worthless.
I understand logistics, but preordering a Brixton autographed card is much less appealing since it takes 7 months to fulfill the order.... Love the card I ordered, but dang.
It's typical for a professional golfer to spend $5,000 or more just to show up and play in a tournament, making each event a must-earn atmosphere for everyone entering the fray. With a full schedule of events on their calendar, a PGA pro will easily spend $100,000 or more in order to actually "work" at their day job.Mar 18, 2024 Entry fees for disc golf pro tour needs to go up! Stop strapping the td with getting more prize money
Try flipping flipping vintage Gibson and fender guitars if you want an investment value and a profit. You people sound like 6th graders excited after you got you pinky wet for the first time. Absolute ignorance personified
We need a weekly brodie tier list with all different disc golf categories
Card chat finishes at 22:50
Bless you
"In case anyone isnt interested in [Fing TRADING CARDS]"
Yeah, IN CASE
I could listen to an entire podcast of Brodie tier ranking disc names 😂
More tier lists! Brodie is too funny on those
excited for “ofseason”

New favorite segment of the silhouettes. Would love to see more of them.
I liked the player outline guesses. It is fun to play along.
Why can't you do PIP graphics for griplocked too? Tier list was really cool and fun
I’ve been asking that for like 3 years, they refuse to put more effort into production
@@pinhighdiscdyes they’re still behind low level streamers with some of this stuff.
There are two answers to your question. #1 They can. #2 They're too lazy.

We played the first 10 holes or so until we got to this hole I figured I would add.
Conner getting the R-pro skeeter signed is so funny it makes me want to bag one and get one signed
Gannon buhr rookie card is 2022 DGPT set. He is also in Golden Era but the 2022 DGPT card is considered the true RC by most of the collectors.
Bro everyone loves the "OfSeason" podcast
Now we need to see a match between Hunter & Trevor bagging only a Tilt, Sonic, and Glitch.
Love the tier lists honestly! So fun 😂

Love the Vibe, he probably wouldn't have gotten where they were from if it was a bunch of Gateway molds lol.
This tier list was absolutely perfect.
I have an absolutely beautiful star ape that I've probably never thrown in my life, got it in a trash mystery box a few years ago😊
Just lost my ape two days ago at Winthrop. It was premium plastic. I’ve bagged it since the very beginning of playing (one of the random discs that end up in your bag). should've mentioned that berg translates to mountain in swedish
The Ape is one of my favorite drivers. I know Chandler Kramer was bagging one. Not sure if he still does.

Love the videos boys!
Skeeter is definitely a D. Annoying bug plus in high school I played against the Mesquite Skeeters.

Agree. Just put them up on the site

Love guess their rating!
Jaden rye rookie card must be fire
I am not sure but I have to ask. Do people actually care about these cards or is this just them trying to make money off of something kind of dumb?

I spend enough money on discs I don't need, I can’t gripe about people collecting disc cards. Lol. More power to them!
I’m interested in them. I’d like to get a box just to see what they’re like.
The entire point of sports cards are that consumers know of, or are fans of the athletes. Being that nobody knows who anybody is makes the cards worthless.
Brodies like best friends with ezra and ezra used to bag the ape
Somethings wrong with the universe when Brody aka blurryhorse got the clearest cam
I understand logistics, but preordering a Brixton autographed card is much less appealing since it takes 7 months to fulfill the order.... Love the card I ordered, but dang.
The first ratings guess was totally brodie when he first started
Voodoo, my first ace disc
Tier list trophies please
Wasn't Moses actually Anthony Bodanza with photoshopped glasses?
I love the disc tier list! Disc golf has so many bad disc names.
This is worse than Hunter's marathon rambling, but I guess slightly more fitting for the Offseason pod.

Waiting for the pic I submitted to make an appearance cause I really think I would throw them off
Pretty sure you want to fix that thumbnail.
Waot what is a vibe?
Brodie needs to get away from discraft and you all make a disc test series with him with all manufacturers
🎉
Voodoo
OTB was the OG set. Only 500 boxes made. They are definitely in demand.
That one tier list you guys made was still the worst pod ever. I'm forever a hater of it. Love you guys tho 😁♥♥
Can someone please tell Robbie that he looks like a furry when he wears his towel on the back of his pants...
No way are people actually interested in disc golf trading cards like what
its crazy people will pay 40$ for a disc golf trading card what is going on in this world 😂😂 is disc golf really this nerdy
All three of these guys know so little about discs and they own a disc store.
I used to play every day.... then I bought a motorcycle 🏍 💨 much more fun lol
Genius is shit tier.
Berg in A and Tilt in S is tilting tbh
How can Brodie make a list when has only thrown one brand. Brodie sucks!!! Tev and Hunt are ok in my book
Did you listen at all? He’s just ranking the names themselves not the disc lol
Try flipping flipping vintage Gibson and fender guitars if you want an investment value and a profit. You people sound like 6th graders excited after you got you pinky wet for the first time. Absolute ignorance personified
You have shit grammar for someone so arrogant.
