Is it weird I want this played at my funeral? It’s just, I’m terrified of death and the process of dying but this song makes me feel like when it comes I can handle that shit. I don’t want sad songs at my funeral and I do think about dying everyday, perfect song for me.

Technically thinking about death isn't weird, because we're all going to die at some point. I think people only think it's weird because they assume the person is suicidal, which I can't blame them. And there are people who should have stayed alive because their lives ended too soon and it wasn't their time yet. So I get what Jessie is saying about thinking about death, but it's not weird. Preferably the hope is that people live their lives fully and with grace and integrity, so when they're in their 90s they have a peaceful death with no regrets because they did the best they could. My dream is for my life to be full of love and warmth, so when God does call for me to go home I hope to be in my 80s or 90s years old and pass away in my sleep with no regrets.
