Green cardamoms-2

Black Cardamom-2
Onion-1
Ginger Garlic paste -1 tsp
Tomato-2
Yoghurt -1/3rd cup
Cashews-8-10
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-2 tsp
Coriander powder-2 tsp
Cumin powder-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala-1 tsp
Cooking cream
Chopped Cilantro
Green chilly-2-3

The initial masala preparation of fried onion, curds and cashews is a welcome step towards cooking a delicious and a fantastic dish. I always welcome a dish which is something different (of usual vegetables) and this recepe of yours gives it all. I am so confidently jotting down this comment, since I prepared this dish yesterday ie 09/07/22 as per your excellent demo. Resulting in one of the best Paneer side dish. My family enjoyed it so much that I feel glad to leave my comments on this column.
