Thanks for posting this video! A little nitpick: A user story should as far as I remember have "..so that.." element to it also: "As a user I want to be able to contact the Brewhouse management team so that I know I can get definitive answers to my questions" - maybe not the best example :).
Good video, thanks! I'm confused on why I can't add items to an Epic. In Boards -> Work Items, the Epic I have is listed with a radio button on the far left instead of a "+" symbol to add child items to the Epic. Is there a setting for the project that needs to change?
01 - Click on the Azure Devops icon. 02 - Then in the organization settings 03 - Locate Process 04 - Click on your project and switch to agile. When you do this, what you need will appear.
Hey nice video. I want to understand how to setup huge development project with stuff like building platform, API management layer, fetching data, protecting attacks and setting up patches. I don't know how link different epics
Thanks for the comment. In DevOps you might want to set up multiple teams for a large project. Also, DevOps allows you to link epics. I can make a video about it, but happy to talk it through with you 1:1 if you want.

Hi there, I want to create an epic inside an epic (let's say I have to break an epic into multiple small epics). How can I do that?
You can do this by linking the Parent to each epic (under Related Work), then the UI should show it as a hierarchy.

good video, remove music which is distracting thanks.
Good feedback. I'll remove them on the next ones :)
Some interesting contact but man that music is incredibly irritating - I'd suggest re-doing the video and removing that stoopid music
I want to know what the funky Music is ?????
Please share you are giving me Amiga 500 sound board vibes
