- This is a Sneak peek at Toll Brother's Corbeil Modern Floor plan that will be entered into this year's Parade of Homes! This luxury modern home in Lake Nona can be built in the upcoming neighborhood called Laurel Pointe by Toll Brothers, along with many other floor plans and elevations.
This home is nearly complete and will be a fully furnished model- Stay tuned for that video coming up in my 2021 Parade of Homes series this June.

Hi Justin. Price? any Lakefronts?
The lakefront lots in shores at whippoorwill ended up going for $1M lot premium plus $2M house cost on average, those were unique because it’s a skiable lake. For laurel point, the best pond front lots are about to release for phase 3, come get in line with me there and I’ll get you higher on the list. They are south facing and west to the rear best in the neighborhood.
For skiable lakefront I know of some lots coming up on lake Hart and that’s custom builder territory

There will be a mixture of modern, craftsman, tuscan, and transitional elevations available, and yes this one would look good with a tesla or porsche 911 in the driveway ;)

Do they have a price listed on that home? Also do you know when they plan on releasing lots?
No official pricing yet, this is just a preview of the model home. Laurel Pointe is still being developed with roads going in the next few months. This Shores neighborhood will have less than 10 homes total, but its nice to see some new floorplans that could be built in Laurel Pointe

@@Mousland-723 Homes in Laureate park preserve gated section by taylor morrison are re-selling for $1.1M or more on the large conservation lots. These Toll Brothers homes depending on size, lot location, and upgrades, are expected to be in the $1-$2MM range, in gated Laurel Pointe Lake Nona. May I know how much is the house selling for?
Currently this neighborhood is nearly sold out- however Toll Brothers will be building in Laurel Pointe, Lakw Nona with this model and many others. Pricing is yet to be released for that neighborhood but this one is priced in the $1.3+ million range to start, then add options and pool

How tall are the ceilings?
It’s 10 foot ceiling first floor 9-10 foot second and that foyer is approximately a 20 foot ceiling
