While we are applying foundation the beauty blender should be moist is it?? Or after putting in water, squeezing fully, should we dry the blender for sometime? Or use it moist ( little wet) itself? Pls clarify
I regrate buying this foundation. No matter whatever technic I use it's still looks cakey on my face. If I sweat even a little bit it comes out very easily. If this is how a water resistant foundation works then I have nothing to say.

Also don't forget to wash & moisturize the face first before using primer Then mix this foundation with your fav moisturizer (I use a ratio of 3:1 for clean look, find yours by experimenting) Apply it by dabbing motion Hope that helps

Use moist
Soak it in water, rinse it, squeeze it dry using a cloth
It will make it damp and you’re good to go
