Southern Style Buttermilk Fried Chicken

2 lbs wings or chicken of choice
add chicken to large zip lock bags with 1 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
set in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
mix chicken in flour mixture and fry.
Enjoy!
