The thing about Explosive Gatling is that the explosion gets triggered on ANY vanquish which if you think about it enough, yeah that includes getting a vanquish through the explosion itself and if you have idk let's say a wave of weak health enemies well ... . prepare yourself for the chain reaction devastation (in PVE).
A build i saw on a video once that 9 fond fun is party time and reload gatling, the damage boost from party time transfers to your abilities meaning gatling deals 12 damage on a body shot and 14 for a crit which i find a lot of fun, though after this video i may mess around with a different build

I've loved peashooter sense GW2 I loved all his variants except rock pea he's slow and doesn’t hit hard(WORST PEA) I'm so happy that peashooter wasn’t treated like a starter that no one uses when you mastered the rest it makes me happy as a peashooter main
Tbh, I don't use Homing Pea for the homing since it is practically non-existent. It's the crosshair I like. It would be worthy of being a legendary upgrade if it got buffed again. It's kinda like how Chomper can snipe people. My build consists of Homing Pea, Last Ditch and Pro Spitter. Basically, you play campy with staying a distance from the fight, like Chomper or 80's. The chilli bean's extended range is also encouraging of this playstyle.

Yeah, I feel that for sure. I got Peashooter to Mastered in BFN before I got him there in GW2, and the difference in how enjoyable it was kind of tanked between the two games. Peashooter just feels… better in BFN. Don’t think there’s really a better way to put it, he just kind of does lol

i wouldn't call last ditch too situational, i just shoot till i get around 3, super fun to strategize with
Fun fact: you can throw bean bombs further by starting a sprint, jumping and then throwing the bean bomb in quick succession

I personally use reload Gatling and vampiric and combo. It’s another good alternative for builds.

Ok why does peashooter get a homing upgrade when he already has one of the easiest primaries to shoot.
