Bioman is a great tokusatsu, indeed! What a shame it hasn't been broadcasted in Brazil, but now I'm having the opportunity of watching it here! And Hikaru Haruta (Shouta Yamamori) is famous in Brazil for playing Jaspion.
As Shota Yamamori, we can recognize Hikaru Kurosaki, the future metal heroe Juspion. He married in 1987 actress Yoko Asuka who portrayed Farah. They became together till Yoko Asuka's death in 2011. Hikaru Kurosaki is retired from acting. It mentionned that he is a "diving instructor" on Okinawa.
It’s my first Super Sentai run and I’ve made it through Gorenger to Bioman 36 now. I really think it was a wasted opportunity to not keep this character by the Bioman’s side for the reminder of the series. I just hope they pick him up and bring him back as a new character and Ranger in a future season
Too bad Shota couldn't have kept the magne suit, I would have liked to see him use to fight Dr Man. Just like Neo Intellect Brain, I wished he wasn't killed off, I think if he lived he could've become Pebo's assistant.
He should’ve stayed throughout the whole series I think he’s a great character in the show and had a lot of potential
