Hi. I tried to do this on my shield. Followed the directions which are very good. But it’s still not happening for me. I wonder if it’s because we live in Turkey ? Ps I was referring to DNS
Unfortunately there’s some dns leaking happening. I can setup the smart dns without any issue but Netflix reports back I’m using an unblocker . It’s a real kick in the balls and completely unsurprising that google gets their hooks in to privacy where you cannot then control what’s sent. Using a vpn to block android system things results in multiple time outs. I was really hoping the shield was my answer but it looks like I still have to use Netflix on a far inferior device and when all the other companies figure out how to block like Netflix are. The android tv box becomes useless to me.

My NVIDIA SHIELD is not working with the smart dns yet.... after the setup it says CONNECTED, NO INTERNET ACCESS
