Storm Straps on the awning a must..doesn't matter what the weather I've seen the damage after one went over a van in Summer...Was double pegged down but still a gust took it. Cheap as chips too. Kampa ones are good for the Fiamma £17.

You should try wild camping next time. You have the van for it.

Like the side shades and good use of high quality pegs - got hold of some years ago when camping on the parade ground in the sea defence forts above Portsmouth - they go in anywhere!

Yes, I agree. You cannot pin down the awning properly with flimsy pegs. The wind will just rip them out and take the awning with it.

Really like the look of those side cabinets you’ve got over the wheel arches, where did you get those from?

Hi Lee, the van came already pre-built with the bed and cabinets, so am not really sure.

I can't decide on a top pop for my t6.1. I have not had one for years done fine with out at the moment but I worry they may be to cold in the winter even with the diesel heater

@@marinejunkies9625 if you are still converting it, then I would try and go with a scenic cover. They are a little more expensive, but so much more versatile.
