Thanks, this fixed my problems. I have the Sonesse Ultra 30 and the Situo 1 RTS controller. Somehow my original controller fell in the recycle bin and was thrown out. I bought another remote and used this video to program it. A couple of notes. where you push in the paperclip on the motor, it had this feature (maybe after I deleted old remote): briefly pushing in the paperclip would make the shade move. Another push would stop it. Another push would move in the other direction. A fourth push would stop that movement. I also noticed my motor had a green LED under the surface that would flash every now and then. I think once I went into programming mode, it flashed orange and once done there was no more flashing, not even green. I didn't want to start from the beginning and verify exactly when the lights flashed, but someone else might want to keep track.
I'd appreciate if you could help. Installed two blinds yesterday. Set up limits as well. Works fine every time in the next 15-20 minutes but after that I suspect it goes into sleep mode and I don't know what to do. I don't want to go to the blinds every single time to wake them up by pressing on that little hole, that's just silly and not practical at all. Is there a way to fix this? Like waking them up by using the remote somehow? Thanks.
