      We missing Emma already, but I'm sure you will look after her... She's strict and fair, she will not be bullied into naming her US squad no matter how old the players are. She's been looking at players in America and Americans beyond.
      She knows who's who, what part the players can bring to the team she picks...
      In Emma We Trust..
      Chelsea champions..
      Good luck Emma... Xx

    I like Emma as coach for USA

    • @webmandman
      @webmandman Год назад

      woah, its not that simple. sometimes players need to have their own time to evaluate their own mistakes. and I would say its better to teach how to make corrections on their own then to be told what to do every single time. so its like a little of both - on their own and from the coach.

    What is ironic is Emma Hayes was bemoaning how English FA mistakes in the grassroots of football in the women’s game, have turned women’s football from a diverse and working class game to a sport for middle class white girls. So to go to America where football is a upper middle class sport due to the pay to play system seems like betrayal of her working class principles

    She is a good coach but does she has the technical players to be successful with the USWNT. The problem with woman’s soccer comes from how girls are coached as kids, where there is too much emphasis on athleticism and speed and not enough on technical and tactical play. You can’t coach that into adults. She could be making the biggest mistake of her career, because USWNT fan expect the results they were getting, when they were the only fully funded female program. There has been a massive paradigm shift in women’s football with Europe professionalising and having input from the men’s game. He has joined the USWNT when they are permanent decline

    • @dolphmanity
      @dolphmanity Год назад

      The only paradigm shift is Spain. The USWNT beat down Sweden and the Netherlands like they've always beat down Sweden and The Netherlands. Nothing has changed. They're technical ability has not improved. You are ignorant if you think otherwise.

    • @mosijahi3096
      @mosijahi3096 Год назад +7

      You sound like a lot of people who feel the same way- it’s the Mandala Effect she’s going into this to win and further her career as a coach. Secondly contrary to popular belief the females in US are taught technical skills at an early age, there are thousands of talented girls and women in the US to choose from. We’ll have to see how this works out, hopefully the US women with play with a chip on their shoulder and prove all the nay sayers wrong, it’s them against the world.

      These kinds of comments are getting really annoying. Canadians don't say they live in America and don't consider themselves Americans unless they have US citizenship. Don't think you're helping Canadians with this type of comment. To a lot of them, being called American or told they live in America is practically an insult, not something considerate. (I lived in Canada, btw.) Schools in both Canada and the US teach a 7-continent model in which there is no single continent just called America, so Canadians think that they live on the continent of North America, not America.

    • @kenm6065
