MENTAL HEALTH as a whole needs to be updated - the stigma still remains. IF the GOV looked at alternatives other than wait months/years to see someone the loss of life may not have even occurred!
Someone mentions in chat why are they off for 6 weeks and I agree it is shambolic, they have EVERY SINGLE half term, summer and winter holidays off to INCLUDE bank holidays. Perhaps they should ‘lead’ by example, there is no employee entitled to that amount of time off (unless you’re self employed and you wouldn’t be very successful, thats for sure). Public do not get the same courtesy, therefore I think they should get our standard 4 weeks off per annum + public holidays. They talk about fairness, perhaps they should be singing from the same hymn sheet. It reeks of hypocrisy.

Please don’t bother upgrading St Helier’s - the whole place needs ripping down perhaps it could be just used as outpatients ONLY -they are not equipped to to take care of A&E patients. They have no room and put people in stationary cupboards when the main waiting room is full - true story!
