How?
I carry sanitary napkin, pepper spray, small comb, pen, zandu balm, wallet with ID's, cards and money, safety pins, band aid, deodorant spray, handwash sachet/ sanitizer, Sirona pain relief patches.

In my bag I've just basic stuff every gals carry.......sanitary napkin(vimp: bcz u don't when it is gonna attack u), tissues, sanitizer, lipstick, headphones, charger, mint, money, lip balm, wet wipes, sometimes I carry some snacks...yea that's it!!

I have always had a fetish for big tote bags or weekender bags or just a backpack but its always huge. And i carry almost evrything u showed and a few more things like a canvas carry bag just in case i buy some groceries or do some road-side shopping... And if i ever wear heels for an ly occasion, i would always carry a backup slippers or sneakers or something so dat my feet dont hurt , coz i m 28 too, and i still am tomboyish and wear like comfy jeans , t-shirt and sneakers all the time 🤣🤣

I carry books , stationary, water bottle,and tiffin box as I am a high school student!!😁😂
I carry so many things in my bag.. it's not even funny.. in my purse I carry panty liners, hansaplast, tiny perfume, rubber band, safety pin, black clips, paracetamol, saradon, money, cards, tissues, chillar.. but in my bag I carry water bottle it's must , umbrella super duper must , and one small dabba where I carry dates.. which is so good and tasty.. it's really good as I avoid biscuit and cholates. . One pouch where I keep different sizes of pads.. small size dettol handwash, sanitizer, tiny bottle of bioderma micellar water, travel size face wash, moisturiser, lip balm which is also equally important and a good ointment.. ❤❤

Hey malz. for your period cramps i have a very easy and good alternative. Because these meds can cause side effects later in life hence - Pop one or two cloves(laung) and u can carry it with you always. it has helped me with cramps so much and my cramps are as bad that i can't walk or move around. i think this will really help you in a very natural way. 😊❤️

I am so happy that it's just the replica and I have realised that all those items are in my bag from the lip balm to tablets, a mini notebook, tissues, coins, lens, glasses, wallet etc except the tampons and camera wherever I go and my bag is so big and heavy 😀 Now I know why is it heavy 😎

I carry a tiny or medium sized purse,since I don't need too much of stuff. But yeah I carry sanitary napkins,wet wipes,sanitizer, chocolates,lip balm,hand cream,napkin (basic square one like yours),portable charger,earphones,pen,hair brush,crocin,other pills (I'm dust allegic so yeah..),nasal spray,rubber bands ,clips and my kindle(only when I'm travelling- which I miss now!) and that's it!! I pretty much have a bag just like yours. 'Cause gurrll we need all of this stuff at some point or other.

Okay grl so things i carry in my bag are always a lot and my mom keeps asking me why I need to carry an entire world of stuff.
I carry a chotu vaseline, kajal and 2 lipsticks (in a small pouch like organizer). Then pads ofc, tissues, a small napkin, comb, wallet with money card ets. A whole set of pills for allergies, headaches, fr stomach upset etc. Ofc ofc some biscuits and a small chota dabba of dry fruits(tht's a new edition since I am trying to snack healthy).

Try some period cramps exercises before periods. Haldi wala doodh a week before your arriving date. Drink Hot water and heating pad. Will help definitely.

A more hygenic method is to squat and not actually sit in public toilets..
Ya that’s right but if you’ve one you can use same on door knobs, flush etc . Also a lot of people can’t squat that easily .
