- So I booked this place for my husband’s birthday and I was really happy and thought of sharing it with everyone who would like to celebrate their special occasions like we did. 😇 you can check out their website for detailed information (themachan.com.) It’s a luxury tree house resort. The food was great and there was unexpected variety. It’s situated in a jungle, mountains in lonaval. 1:30 hours from Pune. It is on a higher price range but it is worth it for a special occasion. I hope this video helps. ♥️

How about insects and animals?? Is food really unhygienic as mentioned in one comment?
Food was decent. My experience was really good. Insects and animals could be there as it’s a jungle and it’s open but frankly did not face any issues.
Don't go for the Starlight Machan, off lately there have been complaints of rats coming in the night and paying you a visit with their entire family. The rats have made holes at the top of Starlight Machan. I just had the same experience yesterday night with rats running on the roof.

property is very good But the kitchen here is very dirty. If you eat food here, your stomach will get upset, Machan resort hygiene is not maintained. Machan Resort is not very good in terms of food

What's d tariff
Each type of machan is different priced. This starlight machan will cost from around 30k-35k per night approximately. There are few affordable good options as well. Forest machan is good too. But starlight machan has a private swimming pool and 3 floors total which makes a huge unique stay and different experience. Full air conditioning and also natural air conditioning if u decide to open up. Swimming pool in summers makes it more memorable. Sunset is also seen soo beautifully from here that u do not need to go on a sunset trail with them. Feels like a must try experience.
