Having to dig into a brand app to "find my buds" and change between Ambience/Noise canceling is annoying. Also changing songs and volume on the buds is often a hassle to get right. Having all this on the case is awesome. I'ma check it out for sure.

i remember 15 years ago, we had something named "MP3 Player", it was looking almost the same except you can have your music directly on it
We’re not in the Stone Age dude I think most of us had a MP3 the rich kids had MP4’s I had to Nick my iPod Nano & didn’t even have I tunes/computer so was useless ha! My Walkman mp3 player was sick I’d just torrent albums of limewire etc nostalgia right there on the good old windows Xp miss them Day’s life was normal now it’s all tech this tech that we will be replaced by robots in not too long trust me ww3 is coming.

That case is HUGE. I love my JBL Tune Flex buds and it's TINY case. And that case can do everything and less than the JBL app.

xiaomi buds 3 pro when it's on discount on the official store, incredible sound and noise canceling/transparency and surround sound mode for around 99 dollars(170 the rest of the time)

@@polar_inertiaunless the charging case itself has its own charge. When these Bluetooth earbuds that coming out many years ago, I bought a Chinese one that can charge my wireless earbuds, using usb. And without USB, it can still charge the earbuds, which was cool.
Many cheap Bluetooth earbuds do this and many don't.
So hopefully this one does.

It will sell good if they include a camera, 5G carrier support, Wifi, Google Play Store service for all social media apps... like all the features we get in smartphones.
I don't know why so many be hating on the display ... I mean the functions that are provided this way make many otherwise hard to change setting easy to access. Besides that imo the overall the design looks awsome

After you hear the Status Between Pro and Between 3ANC there's no going back. I'm not even trying to advertise for them. I'm just being honest. This is my first thought when thinking about earbuds. I like the JBL 710 Bluetooth headset for my PC. I just plug it in without having to use Bluetooth since I'm sitting right next to the desktop. It's about time they start putting more drivers in mainstream headphones and earbuds like they have been for professional ones!
This feels like it’s 2008’s latest gadget. That being said I will get a pair. They’re very unique.

EQ settings were originally designed for noise reduction. It’s a redundant option for digital music. Like modern consumers know any shit about how to make their music sound better, there are people who were hired for this exact purpose during production.
its not that uncommon to change eq settings pretty often if you're more of an audio nerd or just listen to different types of genres often, it just depends on the kind of music listener you are

The first thing I do when I get new headphones is change the EQ, I turn up the bass for hip hop, I turn on vocal booster for podcasts and videos, and treble booster when I want to hear the vocals of a song over the instrumentals. I’m also fixing peoples EQ in their cars since no one ever does that, idk I want to hear the bass outside of the car with the doors and windows shut when I’m driving

This is fucking awesome, now I can leave my phone in my locker and still change the songs and eq. I’ve already tested and the Bluetooth range goes from my locker to the whole gym so with the case as the control I don’t have to lug my phone around! Awesome JBL!

Its pretty cool, but I think that kinda stuff works better on a watch, or something like that where it's just on your body naturally. I don't know about most people, but my earbuds case is in my pocket, just like my phone

A cool thing they can do is create an mp3 player that integrates with either spotify or apple music. The wireless earbuds can a have a charging case that is the mp3 player. Like a new version of the Walkman.

I wouldn’t pay that price for those but I did get the 1st version of these on sale for $50 and I like them a lot I can’t lie.
Actually, this sounded really unnecessary at first, but I kind of like it. If you can't do gesture shortcuts and you don't have your phone on you, this makes the headphones way more accessible.
