At the time 9.14 the question is hiv test positive on atripla
Atripla is a antiretroviral medication (Z79.899) will be the code for this and if there is already pt. taking medication for HIV means positive so why we should not code B20 rather than Z21.

Hi Maam, clarification for example patient with unstable angina, cad and HIV, - unstable angina and cad is not an hiv related illness per cdc, so why do we code for b20 instead of z21?
