I the new update seems have stopped it so I saw some one else. I put a cable to the phone from the pc .no additional software just let it connect and did the same button order. And worked

You must connect cable usb to some computer then try reset

Forgot the password, I factory reset it, then when I’m setting it up again it asks for the password
